Fire Risk Assessments
It is now a legal requirement under Article 9 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 to have a recorded fire risk assessment.

Fire Door Checks
Under the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, responsible persons must conduct regular checks on fire doors.

Quarterly Checks: Fire doors in common parts must be checked every three months to ensure self-closing devices are working properly.

Annual Checks: Flat entrance doors leading to common parts should be checked annually.

Fire Safety Training
It is a legal requirement under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 to train your staff so that they can respond to a fire.
We deliver face-to-face and remote fire safety training sessions:

Basic Fire Safety Awareness Course. It covers essential fire safety principles, including the chemistry of fire, common causes, basic safety features in buildings (active and passive), and an introduction to fire righting equipment.

Fire-fighting equipment (Fire Extinguishers). It covers understanding Fire Hazards, Classes of Fires, Safe use of Fire Extinguishers.

Fire Evacuation Procedures and Personal Evacuation Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPS). Training designed to ensure the safe evacuation of individuals, such as those with disabilities, mobility impairments, or other conditions that may hinder their ability to evacuate quickly and safely without additional support.
