About Us
R2B Training & Consultancy was created by practitioners with experience in external and in-house teaching, who care about real change and better investigations. We share our front‑line experience to support investigations and enforcement professionals in delivering justice. Our training is practical and person‑centred. We focus on skills that promote fairness, inclusion, dignity and public trust.

Training that puts inclusion first. We train and support professionals to build practice that is fair, equal and free from bias. We work with people and for people. We believe criminal justice work needs empathy, responsibility and an understanding of social diversity. We recognise lived experience and cultural difference. We know we won’t always get everything right. But as committed allies, we stay curious, reflective and always learning. That commitment sits at the heart of everything we do.
What We Offer
Our training covers the full investigation journey: planning enquiries, gathering and assessing evidence, interviewing witnesses and victims, drafting statements and personal impact accounts, keeping contemporaneous notes, and documenting lines of enquiries so they are transparent and defensible. Programmes are practical, case‑based and tailored to public‑sector and regulatory teams, making CPD directly relevant to day‑to‑day caseloads.
Our Investigations and case-file consultancy provides flexible investigation support when internal resources are stretched. We assist with case review and planning strategy, evidence mapping, PACE and witness interviews, preparation of prosecution‑ready files, and mentoring or supervision clinics for investigators and enforcement teams, so organisations can progress complex or high‑risk matters without overloading their teams.
What Makes Us Different
We specialise in the space where law, investigative practice and people meet: every course and consultancy project is designed to balance legal robustness with client and person-centred approach at the heart of every course delivered.
Our approach is strengthened by collaboration with specialists in psychology and therapeutic practice. This allows us to integrate insights into trauma, behaviour whilst recognising and respecting cultural differences and lived experience, supporting practitioners in working confidently and respectfully with diverse communities.

Our Educators
Background: Our trainers are practitioners who have led and prosecuted cases.
Qualifications: All our trainers are accredited and hold teaching qualifications, ensuring they are fully equipped to deliver high‑quality training using modern teaching approaches.
Client and people‑centred approach: Our staff combine legal and procedural expertise with a coaching and mentoring leading style, turning complex rules into clear steps and practical tools your teams can use immediately. Every course includes content shaped with input from a practising registered therapist, and because we have worked directly with real witnesses and victims, the skills you learn are genuinely transferable to your day‑to‑day cases.
